Professor JR started practicing Jiu Jitsu in 2008 and moved to Alpharetta in 2015, where he first began training at Ascension. JR’s career eventually took him down into Atlanta where he continued to train BJJ regularly. After a couple of years, JR finally moved to Ascension MMA. JR currently coaches the morning class at Ascension Alpharetta and has a true passion for sharing knowledge and time with others.
This place is definitely a five star. Staff are great they got lots of experience they are very friendly and patient walking you through your first MMA steps. I really enjoy every second I am working out at this gym.
