Throw Back Tuesday to when hosted a Free Women's Self Defense Seminar!!

Especially in today’s time, for women, it is super important to be socially aware, to not be put in vulnerable positions, and learn how to defend yourself if needed! It is important to remember that executing any self-defense movement requires training and confidence. We had 21 POWERFUL women attend our very first Women’s Self Defense Seminar! With Professor Josh and Professor Fernanda, these are all super important topics that we went over.
It was so amazing! We cannot wait to host the next one!
