This place is definitely a five star. Staff are great they got lots of experience they are very friendly and patient walking you through your first MMA steps. I really enjoy every second I am working out at this gym.

Ascension is great for whichever reason you wish to train. Everyone is very humble and the staff make you feel welcome. Best MMA gym to choose.
